Yes. Direct billing is available. The insurers that cover psychological services in Ontario is ever-changing. To see if your provider allows direct billing for psychological services, please contact us or your insurance provider.

Making an Appointment

During the school year, appointments are available Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.

On the Appointment Day

There is free parking at the building.

It is recommended that the child bring a water bottle and snack. No other materials are required.

The testing requires that the child and tester work one-on-one in a separate room. While the testing occurs, you may, if you desire, leave your child or you may choose to wait in our comfortable waiting room.

Yes! We know that it can be difficult arranging for childcare and encourage parents to bring their other children to the testing appointments.

You are welcome to sit in the testing room with your child during the initial ‘getting to know you’ portion. Once the testing starts however, for testing integrity, you will be required to leave the testing room
